The Canary Islands (IC) legislation was adopted on October 11, 2018, and will enter into force six months later.
Effective April 11, 2019, imported packaging wood must be treated and marked in accordance with ISPM 15.
Geregistreerden
The NVWA (Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority) is not yet aware of a list of registered companies for this country. Only wood sourced from recognized registered companies in the country in question may be used in the production of wooden packaging without treatment and subsequently sold as packaging that meets the requirements of ISPM 15.
