ISPM 15 within the EU

ISPM 15 does not apply to cross-border transport within the European Union (including Switzerland).

For European countries that are not members of the EU, packaging wood and dunnage must meet the requirements of ISPM 15 to be imported into any EU country. An overview of the EU member states can be found under "European Union."
