Invoice text and translations

Registered companies must state their registration with SMHV on their invoices. The official Dutch text or translations are shown below. At least one of the following texts must be included on the invoice:

Dutch text:
"For the supply of treated products that meet the requirements of ISPM 15, we are registered in the central register of the Foundation for the Marking of Wooden Packaging (SMHV). Our registration number is NL-000." *

English text:
"For the supply of treated products that meet the requirements of ISPM 15, we are registered in the central register of the Foundation for the Marking of Wooden Packaging (SMHV). Our registration number is NL-000." *

German text:
"Zur Lieferung behandelter Produkte, die die Anforderungen der ISPM 15 erfüllen, sind wir eingetragen im Zentralregister der Stichting Markering Houten Verpakkingen (SMHV, Stiftung für die Kennzeichnung von Holzverpackungen). Unsere Registriernummer lautet NL - 000" *

French text:
"Afin de livrer des produits traités conformément à la norme NIMP 15, nous sommes inscrits au registre central de la Stichting Markering Houten Verpakkingen (SMHV, Fondation pour le marquage des emballages en bois) sous le numéro NL - 000" *

Spanish text:
"Para la entrega de los productos tratados que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en la norma NIMF 15, estamos registrados en el registro central de Stichting Markering Houten Verpakkingen (SMHV, Fundación para el marcado de embalaje de madera). Nuestro número de registro es NL - 000" *

* 000 is replaced by the registration number of the registered company.
